We’re so excited for you to meet the talented storytellers who have emerged from our MFA program—artists who aren’t just ready for the industry, but ready to reshape it.

At the School of Film and Television, we’ve crafted a graduate program that balances rigorous craft training with a deep respect for each student’s unique voice. Our five specialized tracks—Directing Fiction, Directing Non-Fiction, Cinematography, Editing, and Creative Producing—are designed to provide hands-on mentorship and collaborative experience that mirror the professional world.

Our Fiction Directors graduate with a confident sense of vision and set leadership. Non-Fiction Directors learn to shape truth with nuance and empathy. Cinematographers hone both technical expertise and poetic visual storytelling. Editors emerge with sharp instincts for rhythm, structure, and story. And our Creative Producers—arguably the unsung superheroes of filmmaking—leave with real-world producing experience and a toolkit for guiding projects from idea to audience.

More than anything, our program nurtures voices with something to say—and gives them the tools to say it powerfully, effectively, and in ways that entertain and resonate. These alumni bring both intention and precision to their craft. Their stories are bold, their skills are real, and they’re just getting started.
