Filmmaker Bio

William Givens-Jensen is a filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. In his undergraduate time at Seattle University, William longed to work in film, so he used every chance to work on set, finding his love for directing, working as an assistant on the Lifetime film Murder To Remember.

William has made his writing and directorial debut with Christmas Rescue for Swirl Films, presented by BET. He has worked as a director’s assistant in many productions and has recently received a creative producing credit for his work on Favorite Son Christmas, presented on BET as well. William is currently finalizing his thesis film titled SERVE.
